but choose wisely. The flow of information via early main stream media sources had embedded within it a human filter, however flawed at some points and times it still may act as a compass for decision making. The internet did quite well reducing these biased filtration’s or so we thought. As Eli Pariser points out in his TED presentation with every click we make while searching online the next generation gate keepers are unbiasedly selecting our search results. As we may find comfort in our own choices and viewpoints if we neglect to engage in discourse with people who hold varying viewpoints of our own works to place us in isolation from the greater conversations that needs to take place.
